Hotel near the Placerville FairgroundsWe were unable to negotiate a reasonable rate at the hotel we used in the past for our Gold Prospecting and Mining Summit.
So, we are recommending vendors and attendees use the Quality Inn & Suites in Cameron Park, which is about 10-12 minutes west of the Placerville Fairgrounds. This will also be our host hotel.
Call them directly at (530) 677-2203 and mention you are booking for the "ICMJ Mining Summit" and they will give you a discounted rate of $79.99 + tax. That price will be honored for any night, one or two beds, and for up to four people in the room.
